A clinically developed meridian-tapping technique that neutralises anxiety, trauma, and psychological distress — without medication or prolonged talk therapy.
Thought Field Therapy was developed by American psychologist Dr. Roger Callahan. It combines modern psychotherapy with Eastern acupressure principles to treat emotional and psychological disturbances by tapping on specific meridian points in a prescribed sequence.
When a person thinks about a distressing thought or memory, they “tune into” a thought field. TFT works by tapping on the meridian endpoints associated with that field — clearing the energy blockages that cause the emotional disturbance, and restoring psychological calm without medication.

Each session follows a structured protocol tailored to your condition and response.
The patient focuses on the specific thought, memory, or feeling causing distress — activating the relevant thought field.
The practitioner guides a precise sequence of tapping on meridian endpoints on the face, hands, and body while the thought remains active.
The tapping sequence neutralises the perturbations in the thought field, dissolving the emotional charge associated with the memory or feeling.
The patient rates their distress before and after each round. The sequence is repeated or adjusted until full resolution is achieved.
