Theera Touch is committed to providing professional natural therapy services with transparency, fairness, and high standards of care.
This policy outlines our payment, cancellation, and refund terms in accordance with our booking procedures and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
2. Payment Terms
• A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments
• Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received
• The remaining balance is payable at the clinic on the day of your appointment
We accept payments via:
• Stripe
• Afterpay
3. Deposit Policy
All deposits:
• Are required to reserve your appointment time
• Form part of the total consultation fee
• Are subject to our cancellation and refund terms
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling (24 Hours Notice)
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice:
• Your deposit may be transferred to a future booking, OR
• A refund may be issued upon request
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
5. Late Cancellation (Within 12 Hours)
If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment:
• No refund will be provided
• Your deposit will be forfeited
• Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion
This policy applies due to reserved practitioner time and operational costs.
6. No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice:
• Your deposit will be forfeited
• Future bookings may require full prepayment
7. After Treatment Refunds
Once a treatment session has been completed:
• Refunds are not provided based on dissatisfaction with results
• Results may vary between individuals
• Our therapies are complementary and responses may differ
We provide all services in good faith and with professional care.
8. Emergency Circumstances
In genuine emergency situations (e.g., medical emergency):
• Exceptions may be considered at management’s discretion
• Supporting documentation may be required
9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may be entitled to a refund or remedy if services:
• Are not delivered as agreed
• Are not provided with due care and skill
• Do not match their description
10. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Afterpay refunds will follow Afterpay’s processing timelines.
